The existing holiday home was in disrepair so the project was remodeling and expansion. The ground floor hosts the living room with a kitchen and dining area, linked directly to the outdoor space that features a deck, swimming pool, and grass lawns. The first floor has two bedrooms, a smaller living room, a sauna and a deck that connects via bridge.

The attic contains an extra bedroom with a bathroom. The south-facing facade was opened up with glass walls to make the view of the Okić mountain as rich as possible. The ground level deck is covered by the one upstairs and the barbecue area provides visual cover. Everything is in direct contact with the kitchen and living room.
