HOUSE H1

The existing house wasn't meeting the owners' living needs so the project was reconstruction and expansion. The ground floor houses office spaces and a guest room. The master bedroom is on the first floor and the living area on the second.

The technical characteristics of the existing stairway were not meeting the needs of everyday communication, so a new one was made. This enabled uninhibited use of each separate story. The spacious second-floor terrace was opened up with a glass wall, forming a unit with the living room, kitchen and dining room. The triple orientation of the living room ensures plenty of light and the windows are placed in a way that allows for complete privacy from neighbors. The children's bedrooms are facing East and the parents' bedroom West across the terrace. All the plumbing is situated on the north side.
