HOUSE K2

The house is divided into two basic volumes, a two-story residential house and a single-story service area. It's laid east of the driveway so the backyard would have its needed privacy. The children's room and recreation room are facing the street, while the other rooms are west-facing.

The main entrance is at the juncture of the two volumes and features an overhang and a windbreak. Above the ground level volume there is a patio with a pergola covering and a green area. The ground floor features a covered patio with a barbecue grill, followed by a recreation area and trees that provide shade even to the upstairs patio.
