SANDEV DENTAL CLINIC

The repurposing a of a residential space into a dental clinic. The building was of newer construction so we tried to keep as many coatings of the existing apartment as possible. With these kinds of projects the main challenge is preparing installations for the dental chair. It requires a small engine that serves as a hub for installations, prepares water and houses the air compressor. Each chair has immediate access to ports used to set up the TV. The electrical installations were modified and a new distribution cabinet with installations for each of the three rooms of the clinic was added.

The hallway and reception kept their original flooring and a new 4 mm vinyl floor was installed in the clinic rooms. The existing ceilings were drop ceilings but we adjusted them for the installation of new LED panels and air conditioning units. Aesthetics matter for clinics but flawless technical performance is what's essential.
