Business Center Romeo i Julia is situated  in the midst of the business zone on Radnička road. The building is surrounded by taller business and commercial structures in a part of the city with extremely dense construction.

Before architectural intervention, the business center was facing two problems. The first – the proximity of surrounding structures which led to visitors often passing the building, unaware that they had reached their destination, and continuing along the street looking for the address. The other problem was a scarcely perceptible main entrance. Before the adjacent building was built, the southwest entrance leading up to the reception used to be more noticeable, until the only remaining facade facing the street became the southeast one. Therefore, visitors who succeeded at finding the building would encounter a new problem – locating the main entrance.
