APARTMENT D5

The apartment is located in an apartment building built in the 1990s. It was fully remodeled. All layers of flooring were removed and parts of the partition walls were knocked down. New plumbing, drainage and heating systems were installed and the old joinery, sunroofs and radiators were replaced. A new condensing boiler was added.

The apartment is tailor-made for its new owners and interior design received special attention. No extravagant endeavors but all details were crafted with great care and careful planning. This is especially apparent in the joints on the tiles, shower glass, mirrors, doors and the like. The result was a modern and well-equipped apartment enjoyed by its owners every day.
