GTC MATRIX OFFICE

The space is divided into several zones: the office area with windows facing North and West with pleasant views, the central part with the front desk, conference rooms, kitchen/dining room and the rear section with sanitary facilities, the archive, server room and copy room. A circular network was created around the center part so that certain rooms could be accessed more easily. The ceilings vary in shape depending on their function.

The ceiling the hallways is open, exposing a concrete slab. The conference room has acoustic panels, the reception timber battens, while the work space ceiling is suspended, with all of the necessary installations. Additionally, a shelf with plants and ambient lighting was installed above the desks. If needed, the conference room can be divided and the kitchen hidden with a sliding partition. The offices and conference rooms are fully encased in glass to let natural light into the hallway and create the impression of a wider space. A solution for avoiding what would normally be a closed off and dark hallway.
